A/W13-14 NY: February 9th #2

Hood style is sometimes seen in Autumn/Winter collection before as well, but it hasn't really been reflected to street fashion yet in this way(the style that it is acutally put on the head).

Since more hoods were seen this season than ever, I decided to feature :-)

Personally, I like this style because it's very cute & unique and warm=practical which is often neglected in fashion :-P

I'd love to try this look if there is a hood which also covers shoulders wihch is like a combination of hood & cape ♡

This kind of shorts have been seen mostly in men's collection lately, but they look so cute on women, too!
I love this boyish 1/2 length so much ♡

Jacquard/Metallic fabric ones will really suit for this Autumn/Winter I think :-)

Both: Ostwald Helgason

<Bow/Neck Ties>
Bow/Neck Tie was already becoming popular from last S/S collection, and it seems this trend will continue this A/W too!

This look can be achieved by scarves you already have which is quite convenient :-)
Also, there are many ways to tie them like in the photos, so we can enjoy various styles, depending on your outfit; so Fun!

Lookbook: Spring Rainbow #2

Today, I paired my favourite rainbow sweater with lace shorts :-)
I also put on double collared blouse inside to add some femininity to match with the lacy bottoms.

The coral shoulder bag is my favourite this season as well since it instantly makes the whole outfit spring-y ♡

Designers: Calla

<Black with Colours + Prints>
Black is seen as a basic colour in many A/W collections usually which looks stunning just by itself; however, Calla collection proved it looks even better with Colours & Prints!

I like the black effect that gives pop colours/prints a little more edginess to the whole outfit :-)

We tend to think Pastels are usually for Spring/Summer, but they can look as cute as the ones in s/s in Autumn & Winter!

I'm sure these soft colours will match with white snow in winter :-)
I'm already excited to get a sweater in Pastels this season!

Floral prints are always beautiful and can be worn in any seasons!

Being a big fan of feminine style, I just love this trend which has been gone for a while now.
Personally, I'd love to pair colourful florals with black items for A/W :-)

A/W13-14 NY: February 9th #1

Ponchos/Capes ar must-have items for an instant elegant look in autmn/winter these days, and in this coming season, we can choose them from various materials like above, depending on your style!

I personally like fur and sheer capes for contrast. What's your favourite? :-)

<Dip-Dyed Fur>
While colour fur was featured in several collections last autumn/winter, we have a new kind of colour fur this season! It's Dip-Dyed (or Colour-Blocked) fur :-D

As there are many dip-dyed or ombre effect items currently for spring/summer, we can apply that idea to autumn/winter by its fur coat/jacket.

I just can't decide which colours to get for myself!

Both: Monique Lhuillier

Layering is always fun and also an easy way to create your own style unlimitedly with what you already have.

I often do this, by wearing summer short or sleevless tops with simple long sleeved shirts in autumn/winter.

Like above, by mixing different fabrics, patterns and colours, layering can look even more interesting and unique! :-)

Ruffian - Louise Goldin - Tibi - Marissa Webb

Although these shoes are all in completely different styles, I just Love All of these!!

Top left ones are very unique yet elegant; I love the patterned lace in ankle part - so feminine! :-)
Top right ones' pattern looks so "now" after louis vuitton's s/s collection last season; it's modern and stylish!

Bottom left ones are transparent and have little bows which are so cute! I like them for being low heels, too!
Bottom right ones suit so well for autumn/winter look! They can be a good new option for booties. :-)

Lookbook: Crochet + Metallic

I just fell in love with this white crochet jacket when I first saw it online!
I thought pairing with simple bi-coloured blouse could bring out its charm the most.
I also added ombre metallic shorts for colours and a pearl round clutch for an accessory.
